Charles Gwathmey passed away on August 3, 2009 after battling cancer for several years. The firm leadership continues to be provided by Principal and Founding Partner Robert Siegel; Associate Partners Gerald Gendreau, Dirk Kramer and Joseph Ruocco; Senior Associates Kang Chang, Steven Forman, Gregory Karn and Elizabeth Skowronek; and Associates Thomas Florkewicz and Peter Ogman.
