Small provides a thoughtful and timely design alternative to the traditional housing landscape. Contemporary housing needs to respond to rising house prices, expanding cities and environmental pressures. Our spaces are designed with dimensions comparable to an apartment - in which 1 in 3 people are already living worldwide.
Small began in 2019, seeking to address the jump from expansive builds to tiny homes, pairing design and construction. As of 2021, Small has started releasing all our designs as downloadable plan packages - beginning with The Brook, our original design.
