Stools and Bar stools

The Nerd Counter & Bar Stool is designed with a playfully contemporary expression, joined by its wooden Scandinavian materiality. The seamless integration of its back and seat makes for a characterful detail alongside the curved edges of its seat. The design is available in two heights, both in an environmentally-friendly water-based lacquer.

A modern Scandinavian take on the traditional wooden bar stool, featuring a contemporary expression through the unique integration of its seat and back for enhanced comfort and a modern appearance.

Material

The back and seat of the Nerd Bar Stool is made in form-pressed veneer alongside its legs in solid wood, both with a water-based lacquer.

DAVID GECKELER ON THE DESIGN

Nerd Bar Stool takes a playful approach to the archetypal wooden chair through its innovative integration of seat and back, adding to the design’s unique expression.
While its details are contemporary and unique in their own way, the overall expression of the chair ties in with the honest values of Scandinavian design. Nerd Bar Stool brings new perspectives to Scandinavian design by combining the traditional material of wood with a simple yet eccentric design language, making for a timeless chair that adds character to any space.
