A home for a family of four located a block away from the beach in a dense community. A modern beach house, flexible and spacious for their growing family. The first floor features areas such as living, dining, kitchen, playroom, gym, an outdoor patio for family interactions and large intimate gatherings. Two double story courtyards located towards the center funnel sunlight into the residence on this narrow lot.
