The project is looking for the rehabilitation, construction , and modernization of a house with many years of construction , reusing the old spaces adapting them for the news necessities of the daily life and in the same way propusing new spaces for the habitants , for them to develop new activities and creat new ones . In this project one of the must dificult challange, was that the original house was buit 30 years ago and the other parts were added in the future time , the information for the project was very little no plans or drawing evrthing was made by construction workers with out any supervision. In the end there is a proposal for new instalations for water , electricity , gas, sanitary and demoloshing some parts of the house also reforzing the structure to create the new areas and the third floor
