The project is commissioned by a couple who had bought this house with the intention of making a comprehensive reform to suit their taste.
In general, an attempt is made to vary the original layout as little as possible in order to devote the budget to a better quality of materials and details. It is a 2-storey townhouse of about 50 m2 each, and a roof terrace on the deck with sea views.
The project proposes an open space kitchen-dining room and living room open to the backyard, while retaining the entrance area with more storage and with access to a small toilet under the staircase. On the upper floor the same structure is maintained modernizing some elements such as the wardrobes and bathrooms, especially that of the suite, which is integrated with the room to get much more space.
On the roof, aesthetic and practical details are proposed to achieve greater shading and make it possible to enjoy it even in the most sunny hours.
