A clear rectangular buildings, marks the end of the Bauzeile, combines with the natural area connects through the enclosed development scheme. The openings in buildings on both sides of the building create equivalence of the pages and are replacement for a foyer, make it possibility to access the building on both sides. It is designed as a solid construction. The office building is built around two courtyards. Spaces for multiple use such as meeting rooms, kitchens and social rooms are glazed over a large area in the facade, to bring light and transparency in the Baukoerper and in the courtyards (arcade courtyards without pillars). The Location of these openings to arise by the concept differs scenarios in lighting and spatial quality. On the top floor are Terraces areas partially covered. In the summer the smaller court can be opened, in the winter both are Waermepuffer and klimaaktive zones, which respond to the different requirements balancing.

The facade shows bearing and will be designed by two window sizes, the assigned adapted surface areas. Larger openings mark on several occasions used rooms, vistas and views from and to the inner courtyards. The window frames give the facade plasticity, and are functional as a pleated blind as well as to the lighting trained. The façade outside is insulated, stained and protected with a metallic fabric set at a distance. From different angles it will be oscillating in colour giving the massive building a feeling of lightness and sophistication.

The energy concept is simple and effective by bauteilaktivierte systems and best ventilation displayed. Compensation and buffering are by the masses of the building, the ceilings and the courtyards. Through optimal and constructively conditional Shading caused by the windows heat loads can be reduced, and of course climatically optimized zones will be created. Through the use of geothermal energy and controlled ventilation with heat recovery, can be waived on additional sophisticated controllers. Through the opening up of the inner courtyards in the summer and in the winter for the buffering to breathe fresh air into the building will be well conditioned.
