Avito Internet Holding is one of the fastest growing companies in the world. In 2018, the company continued to grow, and in the «White Gardens» business center, where the headquarters are already located, another 5th floor of 1200 square meters was rented for the AvitoTech division.
In the AvitoTech office, it was necessary to create space for project teams of 5-8 people, which would be equally comfortable for individual work and for meetings. The office space also had to respond to requests for flexibility and functionality.
The mobile layout of work areas allows the company to quickly change the interior and respond to any changes. Lighting is a significant element of an effective environment.
The concept of an effective working environment in the Avito office was realized using the principles of human centric lighting. The light is an integrator of psychophysical processes in the human body, the light affects circadian rhythms, causing habits, productivity and emotions.
The color temperature of the devices determines the comfort conditions for functionally different zones. The light environment is designed in such a way that when moving from one work area to another, the need for human adaptation to lighting is minimized. Visual comfort is supported in a limited functional space by reducing the contrast of brightness of horizontal and vertical surfaces.
