The main thing, if you build in the center, is respect for the context. That is why the two-story part of the building with restaurants and shops overlooks Sretenka: according to the architects, there simply could not be anything higher there. Behind it there is a five-storey volume with apartments, the windows of which overlook the garden.
The authors of Sretenka, the British, John McAslan + Partners, obviously love their project.
