The building developes on three floors, of which only one is on the surface. The other two find place inside the hill, but it is possible to see the lake from all three floors.
The ground floor, equipped with an attic, and the first of the two underground floors, have been designed to accommodate the living area and the rooms of the house. The second floor is dedicated to relaxation areas.
All the interior spaces interact with outdoor areas that extend towards the lake.
A glazed volume appears in the front, framed by a sculptural element, whose profile is defined by the inclination of the old buildings roof, internally coated with a wooden skin that connects the inner and outer parts of the building.
An outdoor pool and an external living room find place in correspondence of the side front. Stone cladding covers the base of the building that rises from the lush surrounding vegetation.
