CHICAGO SUNSET is an apartment in the same-name residential complex with a panoramic view of the city. Particular attention was paid to details, a vintage workbench and monstrously beautiful sunsets. On the verge of brutality and elegancy – that’s how we can characterize the spirit of the project. This renovation plan for a condominium located in central Hachioji, Tokyo, aims to create a neutral space for contemporary art and furniture that has been collected over many years. Caption With a future conversion into a rental property in mind, the layout remains mostly unchanged to retain the existing 2LDK floorplan for high versatility. On the other hand, the use of finishing materials, residential equipment, and lighting fixtures that are of a higher grade than most condominiums creates a high-end living space.   Situated in Beijing’s tallest residential structure, the X-House is a showcase business and residential space for a prominent international entrepreneur. Designed to accommodate business meetings, banquets, guests, and other functions, the space features a 1000-bottle wine cellar, tasting room, and spa bathrooms. One is welcomed by a refreshing garden balcony that keeps the apartment ventilated throughout the day. The garden entrance is creatively done, distinctive use of wood in flooring and ceiling with little green patch looks mesmerizing.

The highlight of the room is the white textured wall on the back of the sitting and a stone-textured MCM cladding TV wall.
The interiors follow a subtle colour scheme, highlighting the luxurious grey italian marble flooring, rich materials and exquisite décor details.
Texture creates a drama to the room with a bunch of brass artifacts, creating an essence of cosy ambience of the room.

The client, a very reputed doctor, wanted to make his home decent and sober according to his own profession.   Also, he wanted his home completely as per Vastu. So two years back, when the construction of this apartment was going on, he met us and expressed his aspects and requirements for his dream home.
