Skywalk at The New Delhi Railway Station

New Delhi Railway Station is a major transportation node with approximate average foot fall of 450,000 people daily. The Airport Express line and the Yellow line of the Delhi Metro also have a subterranean underground station at the Ajmeri Gate side in-between the railway station and the Parking building . On the surface there is the Bhav Bhuti Marg and the drop off Zone of the Railway station. Urban Villas

A Relaxing vibe was the driving thought behind the conceptualization of AA Urban Villas. The building itself was a mix used between a working space and a house. Lower levels are used for the work area where the owner works there. So the idea was to create a different surrounding resort feel like a house on the top floor. Architectkidd has completed the design of a building using steel tubing as its primary material. Spaceshift Studio The building, a production studio and offices for a television station, is a renovation of an existing structure. During the initial stage of the project, the removal of the old cladding exposed the existing steel structure along with the electrical and services installation. 19mm steel hollow tubes were selected as an economic and utilitarian material to compliment the structure and systems remaining in place after the renovation. The redevelopment concept transforms a 1970’s single-level building, above a depressed retail precinct and underused courtyard, into a 5-star Green Star nine-storey A-grade office tower, enhanced retail plaza and significant urban space. Second Lane Nawala Residence

Situated in a suburban residential area in Nawala, the site setting was ideal for a close-knit family. The overall architectural design of the residence takes a modern yet humble look and feel. Spreading across 3 floor levels, the common living lounge, pantry and dining, home office, and a guest bedroom is designed on the ground floor and family member’s bedrooms with en-suite washrooms on the first. 79 Rosmead Place Residence

The architectural design of the residence is a combination of  modern design details, maintaining the traditional elements. Situated in Colombo 7, the residence consists of a wide road frontage. The design aesthetic of the facade was critical ensuring the privacy of interior spaces whilst maintaining a methodical architectural language throughout the residence. The use of timber trellis work between the first floor level column grid severed the monotony from the ground level solid boundary wall, and further elevated the building facade. In the Roma district of Mexico City, four residential apartments rise up next to an ancient jacaranda tree.  Onnis Luque Steel planters run along a series of balconies that disappear between sturdy branches of purple flowers and hanging jasmine.  Onnis Luque A core system of vertical circulation divides the communal areas from the private ones. The middle of the building is connected by a stairwell. A house for young married couple located in tangerang, indonesia.with a land area of ​​120 sqm processed in such a way to accommodate client needs. Caption the concept is to use a double ceiling to maximize the integration of outdoor and indoor spaces. Thus the room feels more spacious because the outer and inner spaces are well integrated.   The choice of material in the interior space uses a lot of concrete and white to give a clean impression in the room, besides that it makes the room feel more spacious. Aikya Signature

Aikya Signature is a stand-alone residential tower at Tardeo, in the heart of South Bombay.  This tower is personified by its geometric linear design and is supported by the sustainable systems which were organically incorporated into the design. An important aspect of this system is the façade of the building which is engineered in a way to protect the indoors from the tropical Mumbai climate. The east west orientation of the building provides ample  north light to the main living areas. This orientation of the building also naturally ventilates the structure. Polly's Place is a spa dedicated to aesthetic cosmetology. For several years, it operated with two cabins for the endless treatments they carried out. The success of the spa made the space insufficient and it was necessary to move its headquarters. This was the ideal opportunity to carry out a project that reflected Polly's personality and had the possibility of expanding the services offered. Mariano is a lean and basic menswear brand with a timeless approach and has a hybrid operation, with online and physical presence. Caption The goal of the physical store is to become a point of contact between customer and product, while communicating the brand values through the store design.
