QUE House

QUE House is a different home for a family that was looking for a non expensive but very expressive house. OOIIO Architecture OOIIO Architecture Team designed a this building as a shell, an envelope that creates a void inside, protecting occupants from the sun and rain. OOIIO Architecture This envelope will rise as necessary to configure two heights in the occupied day area, then it will descend one height in the occupied night area as well as the garage. The envelope extends towards the street and the patio to provide shade creating a pleasant porch facing the garden. Apartment Renovation in Murcia

This spacious apartment is located in a building from the 60s facing the Mediterranean Sea and the owners wanted to carry out a complete renovation project.  Javier de Paz OOIIO Architecture design team decided several strategic changes in the interior distribution, which served to ensure a better and more functional home use. Trillo House

Trillo House is a mix of traditon and contemporaneity for for a family that moved from Barcelona to the countryside. Caption They wanted to flee from a city life where they were no longer comfortable to a more natural and quiet location in a small village in Central Spain. Caption Trillo House looks like a strong horizontal stone prism pierced by flared concrete holes creating variety and giving strong personality to the building. This house is located on a cleary residential area, consisting of blocks of row houses, all equal and repetitive, in Madrid outskirts. Velazquez House

This great family house is located in one of the most exclusives neighborhoods in Madrid, Spain. House in a Haberdashery

New opportunities for obsolete spaces: OOIIO Architecture completes the transformation of a former Shop into an Apartment in Madrid. In just 55 m2 this colorful home concentrates what is necessary for a contemporary urban life. The rectangular space that configured the old store is now embraced by an "L" of cabinets and kitchen, in such a way that it frees the entire space, recieving inside as much natural light as possible. Our client purchased a small vacant tennis court plot  in Ilkley, West Yorkshire with a view to creating a stunning contemporary family home. Mr. « M » and family contracted the office to design their new home in a recently purchased a small site up the hill of Villejuif city (125m²), a town in the suburbs of Paris. Caption The parcel is located in a garden housing district characterized by single family homes. The terrain is south oriented, and directly accessible from the main road. The family wished for a three bedroom house, with a study area, living-dining room and a garden totalizing a built-up area of around 80m². In Casa Patio the functions and their roofs are organized around the interior garden. Tskneti Dwelling

Located in Tskneti, near Tbilisi, the residence is implemented in an admirable natural site. One of the most concerns with the project was to scale the house and yard respecting the surrounding landscape. Set into sloping terrain, the house is arranged over a double level, with the front yard deepening as it steps down the hill. Haus in Wörgl

The house is on the outskirts of Wörgl, a quiet residential area, which in recent decades is characterized by single-family house cultivations. The building regulations reduced the buildable, formerly agricultural land at a construction site with the local customary maximum size of 700 m². The two-storey building, a concrete with a solid slatted larch cladding on the upper floor is located on the eastern border due to distance to the neighbors. Two concrete angle mark the way to the entrance, which was cut as a deeper hole in the street facade and is located approximately in the middle of the house. More
