A Relaxing vibe was the driving thought behind the conceptualization of AA Urban Villas. The building itself was a mix used between a working space and a house. Lower levels are used for the work area where the owner works there. So the idea was to create a different surrounding resort feel like a house on the top floor. This is the setting for our project inside the gated community of The Vintage in Indian Wells, California. The articulation of Fillet Haus lies at the intersection of an endeavour for an immersive environment, a reimagining of contemporary interior architecture in the Indian apartment genre, and a habitat tailored perfectly to a certain lifestyle. Given that the site was a nondescript, 4BHK apartment in equally nondescript surroundings, the home was retailored to be an inward-looking one. Small apartment in Neva Towers in Moscow This small apartment with the view on Moscow-City was purchased already with the finishing by developer. The MTH Clubhouse is a facility from the Mawar Townhouse to carry out sports activities and semi-private meeting rooms. In our project we wanted to merge Georgian heritage and modern  design together to show visitors our  point of view  how to keep together heritage sites and modern shapes . We have  minimalistic shapes with white metal frames and historic Georgian house named "Oda" in all 3 stands. Also in Georgia wine has religious and cultural significance. Georgia is one of the oldest wine regions in the world and is considered as the “cradle of wine.”  The inspiration behind the shape of the building comes from Fibonacci’s golden ratio. A young couple, in anticipation of starting a family, desired a new family home that reflected their cultural background and individual taste. He was Spanish, and was drawn to black and white minimalism. She was Mexican, and wanted splashes of color in a modern home. The main idea of the design is to have semi-open spaces taking into consideration the hot climate. Therefore, the villa structure is shaped in a way to provide shade all day so we will have smooth sunlight in all interior spaces. More
