Dot House

Boano Prišmontas designed and manufactured a digitally fabricated tiny home for a dwelling in North London. Conceived as a multifunctional and flexible unit, it provides an ancillary and unique space to work, relax, watch a movie, read or play video games. Mainly used as a study and entertainment room, the 'Dot House' comprises a bathroom and a micro kitchen to provide an independent and self-sufficient micro-habitable space that could be used for visiting, family members, and guests. Liverpool La Perla Facade

The project is located in the La Perla Shopping Center District, in the City of Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico. It is an exercise in urban integration that combines modernity through architecture and tradition in the activities of the community in Jalisco. Caption The facade converges at a vertex that forms the union of two avenues, it is formed by a grid of triangular modules with flat pieces and in low relief, forming a subtracted pyramid, which when rotated allows multiple variables, and when combined it manages to transmit the sensation of movement. Buiksloterham

Fast, clean and circular constructionThe hybrid residential tower consists of 30 linked and stacked wooden prefab modules around a concrete elevator shaft. The wooden modules are already equipped with installations and sanitary facilities in the factory and there they are prepared for transport to the construction site. This saves construction time and storage on location. This efficient production process already saves a maximum amount of CO2 compared to traditional construction. Shaoxing Rice Wine Town Reception Room

Shaoxing rice wine has a long history and its culture is deeply rooted in this soil. Dongpu town, where the project is located, has been the center of Shaoxing wine industry since ancient times, and is known as "Shaoxing old wine comes from Dongpu and you can smell the aroma of wine ten miles away from Dongpu ". The original site was a workshop for producing rice wine, now its red brick chimney is preserved. In the early stage of the project, it will be used as Shaoxing Yellow Rice Wine Exhibition and Experience Hall, including yellow rice wine cultural experience exhibition, bookstore, flower shop and other functions. Sharon Residence

Located on a wooded site in the northwest corner of Connecticut, the Sharon Residence is a 1,892 square foot prefabricated home with views towards the Housatonic Valley. An insulated concrete foundation supports four prefabricated 16’-0” wide modules. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows and sliding doors frame views of the surrounding landscape. Amagansett Addition

The client, a bachelor, found that his existing house, located on a bluff overlooking Amagansett Beach, did not provide enough space for entertaining his many friends and family for the summer. The existing pool deck provides stunning panoramic views of the ocean, so capitalizing on the view and creating an easy flow from inside to outside was critical in the design of this 5,000 square-foot modular guest house addition. Cornwall Cabin

Overlooking a lush wooded valley below, the Cornwall Cabin rests on a steep sloping site in a rural corner of Northwestern Connecticut. As a weekend retreat for a Manhattan mother and her young daughter, the 1,500 square foot modern prefabricated cabin - located two hours outside the city - was carefully designed for simple, low-maintenance living. The compact floor plan efficiently accommodates the essentials for their weekend lifestyle. Lido Beach House II

Sitting on a flag lot at the corner of Lido Beach, this 2,625 sq. ft. prefab home serves as a summer house for a professor / writer and her family. The home attempts to establish a relationship to the surrounding dunes and beach while still being referential to its cozy neighborhood. The architectural design of Estúdio Lapinha was conceived to be executed in two stages. The first was the construction of a modular housing inside two containers, exhibited at CASACOR Minas 2021. Braunstein Taphouse is designed for craft beer production….and disassembly

In the Danish city of Koege, the recently completed Taphouse by ADEPT serves as a visitor centre for Braunstein Brewery and a natural local meeting place for the community. Situated on a stretch of municipality-owned harbour land that is concerned part of the city’s climate adoption strategy, the Taphouse is thus considered a temporary use.
