Dubai Future Foundation Accelerators Space

The Dubai Future Foundation’s “Accelerator Space” sought to create a holistic brand experience across the Area 2071 technology hub to create a vibrant and productive space. The main purpose of the space is to host emerging technology start-ups that participate in accelerator programs in cooperation with the government and also private sector entities. The point of departure for the project has been to promote a vibrant urban environment in central Enköping, transforming the Bagaren city block, referred to as Paushuset, into an open and inviting meeting place with low thresholds. The aim is to intensify the central public flows and to reinforce the position of Stora Torget as an important place for the entire town. DC3 Tower

The tower in Vienna’s Donauplatte area complements the towers DC 1 and DC 2 by Dominique Perrault and offers 832 apartments for temporary living. The 100-meter-high building is connected on several levels to the existing Donaucity quarter as well as to the transport network via public plazas and paths. The projections of the three-dimensionally warped façade elements correspond to cozy alcoves, which frame the view of the Danube and the city in every room. It has been designed with 4 executive offices, a meeting room, a reception and a wating area on a single floor of 350 m2.   It is aimed to create a warmer and natural environment by making maximum use of perspective and daylight in an office design. GROUP A designed the exterior, interior and layout of the site of the new headquarters for Dow Benelux, the Terneuzen Diamond Center at the debouchment of the Westerscheldetunnel. Knowledge sharing and cooperation where the important spear points of the MVP. Dow therefore has set up an “Innovation & Meeting Centre” in the new office building, open to the public, in order to stimulate cooperation in the chemical sector.Since 1964 Dow Benelux has been located west of Terneuzen (Netherlands). Merrild Training Center and offices - Denmark

In 2015, Lavazza acquired the Danish group Merrild, a leading coffee manufacturer in the retail industry in both Denmark and the Baltic region. With the take-over came a desire to reorganise the company’s structure and image and to undertake the much-needed refurbishment of the Danish offices. So, the main intent was to draw attention to the fusion of the two conglomerates, although still granting visibility to Merrild and its respective culture. Carambar offices - Paris

Carambar’s offices in Paris combine analysing the company’s visual identity and spatial planning. Designing the new Parisian offices of French confectionary multinational Carambar, known around the world for its sweets and delicacies, also required meant finding an effective visual identity. This resulted in a thorough analysis of the brand’s corporate image, starting from the architectural design and moving on to find a visual identity. Carte Noire offices - Paris

In 20016, Lavazza acquired Carte Noire, a French top-quality coffee maker with similar characteristics as to quality, customer base, attention to image and communication. Construction work run alongside the acquisition of the subsidiary company. The new offices are located at number 58 Avenue Émile Zola, in the heart of Boulogne-Billancourt, a neighbourhood near the centre of Paris, which has undergone recent redevelopment. Here, Carte Noire employs approximately 140 people and occupies two floors, the sixth and seventh floor of a recently constructed building, which stands out for its irregularly shaped, narrow floorplan.
