The concept hotel "Mutis" located in Indonesia. This project represents our search for combinations of different stylistic directions. We experimented a lot with geometric shapes, materials and furniture. Caption Caption Project concept creation took about 2 months.One of the ideas of this project was to give people the opportunity to feel like a part of nature through location, natural materials, colors, art objects and interaction of plants with interior and architecture.We used artistic plaster in the interior, polished concrete on the floor, custom metal and wood panels on the walls. The planned multifunctional building “Rubina”, located on the former site of the Nibelungen barracks in Regensburg is a new educational and care centre for young people. The building houses a kindergarten, the energy education centre, offices for the energy agency and scientific rooms for  the MINT for Kids.programme The complex is divided into two square buildings. The plot features the extraordinary garden of an old house, the project explores a defragmentation of the programme by placing it along the strength of the immediate natural environment. The total volume demanded by programme requirements was disturbed, fragmented and then distributed alongside the garden. The volumes are connected through transitional spaces that frame views of the garden, encouraging the user to make pauses while moving through the house. Nutri Bowl, specialised in cold-pressed juices, and Nutri Bowl, pioneer in healthy to-go meals, are joining forces in a new roll-out concept. Ninetynine was asked to develop a modular, scalable shop-in-shop concept which resulted in an inverted island bar which brings the customer – and not the staff – to the heart of the brand-controlled environment.   The design is based on a grid of 40x30x30 cm blocks. The size literally refers to the optimal 40/30/30 - protein/carbohydrates/fat - ratio provided by the power series of Nutri Bowl. Shala, School of movement located 2.3-acre plot in the heart of Jaipur surrounded by residential buildings. It is a corner plot with two adjoining streets in the beautiful locality of Bapu Nagar, Jaipur. Client for this project is Mr. Dillep Baid Founder of Dileep industries. He commissioned flamingo architects to design a facility which can be temporarily inbuilt and can be shifted if needed. Well known in Toronto as '483 Bay', this office complex occupies part of the former site of the historic Eaton's Annex. Built in 1983, the property achieved LEED Gold certification in 2010 and is home to several high profile businesses and organizations. We worked with property managers Northam Realty to create a biofilter design that would complement this corporate atrium setting and further their green initiatives. More

The house before rebuilding had stayed in the shadow because the location that had been surrounded by many buildings had been bad. That's why the room hadn't got much sunlight, and the potted plants that had been outside had been losing their energy in the dimly-lit place. So we started designing the best places for plants with the owner who loves plants. First of all, we set up the garden on the second floor of the north side which has been the best place of getting a lot of sun and hasn't backlit. Housing architecture reflects the way in which we understand our being-in-the-world, and represents the conjunction of wishes, wills, emotions and ideals.
